These terms and conditions apply to all offers from, orders placed with and agreements with Stofje.be.
Article 1: Company identity
Stofje is the educational platform (stofje.be). Contact: info@stofje.be.
Stofje acts as a seller of digital educational content (PDF courses, online courses, practice exams, video lessons).
Article 2: Scope
These terms apply to all legal relationships between Stofje and the customer (consumer), including purchases, subscriptions and use of services on stofje.be.
Article 3: Offer and prices
All prices are in euros and include 21% Belgian VAT. Stofje reserves the right to change prices.
Article 4: Payment
Payment is made via Mollie: Bancontact, iDEAL, credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and SEPA direct debit.
Article 5: Right of withdrawal
14-day right of withdrawal (Art. VI.45 Belgian Code of Economic Law). Digital content exception: Art. VI.53, 4°.
Article 6: Delivery of digital products
Immediate delivery after payment confirmation via download link or account access.
Article 7: Subscriptions and cancellation
Premium subscriptions billed via Mollie. Cancellation via account or email to info@stofje.be.
Article 8: Intellectual property
All content is property of Stofje. Limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal use right.
Article 9: Liability
Liability limited to direct damages, capped at the purchase amount.
Article 10: Complaints
Complaints within 14 days by email to info@stofje.be.
Article 11: Applicable law
Belgian law applies.
Article 12: Dispute resolution
Competent courts in Belgium. ODR: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
